buy a new outfit that fits better then your old clothes do so it doesnt look baggy which gives the impression you have more weight on you then you really do

put in your stats into MFP and itll figure it out for you with your goals and weight.. my current daily calories is 1540 with a 1.5 lb loss a week... if you just started with the dieting... i would say dont start out at 1540... your body wont be use to it and youll have mad hunger cravings.

I'd suggest setting your calorie goal like you would for losing weight... then record your workout and you gain calories for doing that... and use SOME of the extra calories for protein... protein shakes, extra meat, eggs, whatever. and itll help put on muslce... but dont use up all your extra calories earned from working…

I worked at a consignment shop... most only do take clothes from women... or very in fashion M and L mens shirts... not the pants really... so it would take quite some time to find somewhere to take those... but congratulations for all that weight loss and good luck with the clothes

I know it's not healthy... but I weigh myself everyday... to judge what I should eat... I've lost 36 lbs so far... I think its working. a scale is a must. Or if not a scale you need to take measurements once a week to make sure you are actually making progress
