Thanks for the information. I have normally had lots of muscle mass from playing tennis, soccer, and being in the military, I want to lose the weight and inches, but I want to build my muscles back to what they were. I will look at the both those programs. Thanks for the for all the information.

It does sound like a lot and I will use the 7th day as a rest day or a day of stretching. I have looked over the p90X nutrition plan and it seems to pack the calories and protein that I need, along with taking protein and recovery drinks. Thank you for your help!!!

I haven't heard about the 30 day shred. I will check it out. Is the Insanity a better program than P90X? Thanks!!!
