Hell yea! Every year on my birthday I go out with my family to eat, usually at a Japanese or Italian restaurant, not this year. This year I'm going to freaking pizza hut and getting a pan pizza, cheese and only cheese. It will be glorious! That is all.

So an adult male netting 1370? *nvm I think ndj1979 just answered that for me. I also believe the struggles to complete your sets could be from low calorie intake (grain of salt).

Here, here! For me, there's nothing like working outside in the yard or working on projects around the house and barely having to take any rest breaks or even tiring that much throughout the day. I attribute that to being in the weight room throughout the week.

All these mean shirtless people you see on MFP. They say, oh just fit your macros bro, and eat crap, look at me I'm fit, what's your problem. I just don't think our bodies are made to consume crap. Judging strictly by your avi, you must not be one of those people, obviously.

I only have this to add since this thread is in the can. I can't stand all you perfect people who can eat crap all day and still stay fit. Genetics, luck, and steroids.

Your goal is not sensible, plan to continue being discouraged. 15 lbs is no small feat. I would give yourself at least 4 months to accomplish that loss.

It seemed to me that earlier posters were saying they had given up fast food because there was apparently something wrong with it, and now that they are eating "clean," they can no longer physically handle said food. That would be a sad state for me.

Apparently I'm doing this all wrong. I never did quit fast food, or even desired to quit it. I simply started ordering either smaller portions or replacing some lower quality items with IMO higher quality items, ie, fruit and yogurt parfait instead of fries? <since we're on the mcD's subject. I also search the fast food…
