Generally, no. I rarely feel hunger as I once did when I was a kid. Now it's just shakey, dizzy , and disoriented. I have looked into reactive hypoglycemia as, at times, I can eat and then feel the symptoms coming on not long thereafter.

Yep. I did a mock log of what a day in my life used to be. It amazed me how much food I would consume every single day.

I was told whey protein is for men and it makes women bulky. Also that soy protein is for women only. As you can guess, this information did not come from the likes of a scientist. I lol'd for a bit.

Food is a treat, and I eat all day everyday. Lately my favorite has been my nightly Cinnamon Toast Crunch...finding it hard to believe...I'm in heaven.

Someone bring me up to speed here. Can an individual choose not to work and just collect GA instead? Also, I have worked low pay jobs that are far away from home while trying to find something better. I always say I'd rather be able to pay 75% of my bills than 0% of my bills.

For special occasions I generally make one trip through the food line and as much as I can fit on one plate is what I eat. I then do the same with a small dessert plate. And if I need more I'll go back for things like ham and green beans etc. These few days a year have 0 impact on my overall goals

Also, these adjustments have made it so that I cannot currently get the bar to touch my chest without breaking my wrists back. Is this going to come with time and flexibility work?

As in using lower body to give a boost or is there a difference in bar placement for push press? I try to maintain a "strict" stance with glutes activated. I am indeed feeling the work in a different area of the shoulders no doubt.
