  • Guelph Ontario here & still have about 30 lb. to go but came down with a skin condition requiring huge doses of steroids..............grrrrrr. Now I'm watching every mouthful to try & not gain weight, even still it's creeping up. Anyhow, love to be your friend regards, Lorrie

  • I'm in Guelph Ontario, a senior with another 30 to lose. I was doing great until I came down with an autoimmune disease- they have put me on Steroids (among other things) so now I'm fighting the weight gain side effect as well..........it's rough going.   • Butter most definitely BUT, I whip 1 cup of canola oil into 1 lb of butter- much healthier, & I now prefer the taste.
