Every year I go on the Daniel Fast (fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts). After a few days I do get a little shaky and headaches, but they usually pass after a week, and I feel so much better than before the Fast. However, it is important to remember to keep your protein up.... soy beans are good for this. And drink lots…

Drink a lot of water to help flush it out, exercise double today, and next time if you have to eat in front of the tv, measure your food and put the rest in a different room.... out of sight. Good job asking for help instead of hiding it! :smile:

My kids are older, but we used to buy kids exercise videos for them to do while we worked out. Keeps them busy, starts them early, keeps them out of the way.... at least for a while.
