I'm just here to encourage you. It takes time, that's the only thing you don't have down yet. Everything you're doing is right. You can always add more cardio or strength training, but at 1200 calories and 45 min exercise, you're on the right path. Some people are lucky and will drop 10 pounds right off the bat...the rest…
