the title is very motivating!! i have to keep telling myself that though lol :) that is good advice, thank you! i am thinking of cutting out red meats bc they stick with you & i have some health issues that they flare up. what do you guys think? do you eat red meat?

forgot to say- i started keeping track on tuesday (9/14) & did AWFUL the first two days. today was better but still no great. i did get some exercise in :) so one step at a time i guess.
