Alright, my totals are complete for this week :) Cardio came to 300 mins Strength was 95 mins Punishments have been completed, 4/4 And I was definitely within my calories all week!! :) Anxious to see how everyone did this week!!!! :)

For realz?? Good gawd. I'm so glad I don't work in a service industry like this. If you're that concerned about cals, then don't eat at restaurants. You'd be surprised what many places do to their "healthy" food options. The only way to safely and accurately count cals is to eat what you make for yourself. End of story.…

Old Navy. ALL of my workout clothes are from Old Navy. They're always having sales on them, so I get a lot of my workout tank tops for $10 and yoga capris for like $10-$15. I refuse to by anything full price since I'm constantly replacing my clothes as they get baggy on me!! I love their workout gear, too!! :)
