Wow!! You look incredible. Congrats

I've always noticed the 2nd day after a *new* workout is the worst.

You're welcome. I'll also add that I break it into 4 servings, each serving is only 448 calories and 274 mg sodium (I use light soy sauce). I like this version because it's really easy, super quick, and it uses minimal ingredients so there isn't a ton of sodium in it! Thai food is normally packed w/ sodium.

I make it often. This is the recipe that my hubby and I LOVE! I add chicken to it. http://browniesfordinner.com/2010/05/11/easy-pad-thai/

Definitely wish I would have taken good before photos. I have nothing to compare my progress to. The first progress pics I took were in December then again in March (6-10 months after I had started this and was down 40-50 lbs already). I was able to compare those to each other but not to the very beginning!! Oh well.

This is exactly why "diet fads" don't work. The minute you stop them the weight comes back on. A lifestyle change in a way that is feasible for the long haul is a bit more reliable. Count your calories and don't cut out certain food groups, but remain at a calorie deficit and exercise... the weight will come off. There's…

Nope, I like to run over them in GTA

Just go naked. That's pretty much how girls treat Halloween. lol

This. I think it's just common courtesy (in some? places lol) to acknowledge someone you pass. Any time I pass someone, whether I'm walking or jogging, I nod and smile.

this. I'm not a morning person, and I have to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. I still have a hard time waking up to my alarm! But every morning it's set for 5:20 (4:30 on Mondays), and I get up and get it done!!! I always feel so good after my morning workout, and I'm more pumped for the day!!! Getting up initially…

I can relate. I started my "life change" the May AFTER I got married (October). I WISH I would have done this for my wedding. I thought if anything would give me motivation it would be that. Nope! Now almost 60 lbs later, I look at pics of myself from my wedding day and just cringe. Shoulda woulda coulda. Oh well :) What's…
