Your eating looks great. I am by far no expert, but I would also recommend 30 day shred, Ketttlebell training (both Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels have DVDS) or the Insanity Dvd. Great fat burners to shock your body into getting toned and letting go of those last few pounds. Just my opinion. :-)

I am on day four now and already seeing some fast results! i must admit I do cheat a little bit to get myself up to 1200 calories because otherwise strictly on the plan I am way under! My advice is to get some great recipes to help you get through! In my opinion the first 17 days are pretty tough. I am just a few days into cycle one. I also have had to cheat a little bit go keep myself at 1200 calories because I was getting way less than that just on the plan. There are great recipes if you google 17 day…
