Check out Sara Lee "45 Calories & Delightful" bread. You can get it pretty much anywhere on the bread aisle (Grocery store, walmart, target etc). You can have a slice or two a day if you have a craving for bread. I'd still avoid it on a regular basis, but I have bought it before and eaten it on days where I've craved bread.
