man I haven't played that in a minute :) I loved rock band. I had over 300 DLC, I played Expert Guitar and was on Hard Pro Drums (working my way toward expert). I even own an ION kit. We haven't played in a while but we tend to bust it out if we have a party at the house.

there are recipes for Avocado Chocolate pudding that look amazing. I have yet to try them, but I plan on it in the next couple of days. They are basically avocado, coconut Milk(or almond milk, or heavy cream) some splenda or stevia, and cocoa powder. Mix together and enjoy.

I am still in induction, but when I allow myself a treat, I do a pickle spear with crunchy peanut butter on it :) My other favorite easy snack is meat/cheese rolls. I'll mix and match to keep it interesting. Turkey with pepper jack might be my favorite though.

I find if i broil them in a pan on both sides until they are golden brown, I can finish them off in the oven in less time and the results are much juicier and flavorful.

This! I have family members that worship Dr. Mercola, and some of the ridiculous crap i hear coming from their mouths is astonishing. I had no respect for him as a Doctor way before i read those articles posted above.
