yesterday did workout 6 - 491 calories I did it co-op with my wife. It was fun because it made me do a few extra reps to pick uup the wife's slack :) and it did record it in my journal. . . but it doesnt count it on your actual 30 day challenge so i will have to redo workout 6 today :(

plus certain wild-caught fish have to be eaten in moderation due to mercury build up. Then there are reports of farm-raised fish being unhealthy due to pollution, over-population, and poor diet. i guess, as with all foods, moderation is key.

When i first got ea active, i just made a custom cardio entry called "Ea active" and use the calories they showed on the screen. Now i have a HRM and i still put it under "Ea active" but i put the actual calories i burned.

lol, i just got the wii ea active. The 20 minute easy workout definitely worked me. Of course i just started exercising again. The only activity i had trouble with is the fast kick-ups. it didn't seem to register any of my movements. slow kick-ups worked fine.
