Any friends of yours go to a gym where you can use their guest pass on days you want to squat? How many times a week do you do squats? This is a good no cost alternative if it fits your situation.

Exactly. Weigh and measure everything and pay attention to the serving size with respect to the nutritional value on the label. It's much easier to know the nutritional value when you prepare at home rather than eating out.

I'm at the gym working out by 4:30. I used to workout on an empty stomach, but now I drink a Pre-workout drink and I drink bcaa's during my workout. While you may not need to, or want to do any of these, it gives me the fuel I need to go after it in the morning.
