*THIS* Anyone who gives you a "hard YES" or " hard NO" is incorrect. Weight loss or muscle gain is both a science and an art. You've got to see what works best for YOU! I personally do not, but that's irrelevant to you and your goals.

I try to eat something every 2.5-3 hrs. Just a light snack like nuts or yogurt or fruit. It all fits within my macros and is healthy, but if I didnt do that I'd be STARVING. Not sure if you do or not. I've increase my calories now, but when I was cutting, some says we're just about will power! And lots of water!!

Yes, yes and yes. I would also add 99% fat free ground chicken breast to that. I do a taco mix with a low calorie/low carb tortilla EVERY Tuesday (Taco Tuesday :love: ). Also, if you eat it, I do a lean pork loin as part of a stir fry. Packs in the protein and helps me hit my fat grams for my macros. Also do this once a…

Most important for me was to learn how to calculate MY SPECIFIC CALORIE NEEDS and then choose a caloric deficit and stick to it. Everyone on the site should be familiar with the word "macros". Know how to calculate your macros and you will hit your goal.
