I had mine removed about 2 years ago. Graves disease, tried radio-active iodine 3 times. Dr. said it was the biggest one he had ever removed (just about went ear to ear). He said it was covered in scar tissue, so the radiation treatments worked at killing part of it off but there was just too much of it. Started on 137 of…
