  • Would love to make some new friends on here have been with myfitnesspal for over a year. I wasn't great at logging the past few months but back here trying to get past what I think is a plateau. I have been up and down within ten pounds for almost 9 months now.. I have more to lose and would love to have more friends.

  • I am a little confused too I have heard from ppl on here to eat your exercise calories and also others have said just the opposite!! Some have said not to eat exercise calories and if your eating your calories burned you won't lose weight. Also they said ~"what is the point of burning calories if you are going to eat them…

I hope I can keep it up like you all did. Please add me I don't have many ppl on my friends since just starting :)
