  • I'm 5'1.5" and I'm currently looking to get down to 115. I'll reevaluate once I'm there but there was a time pre-pregnancy that I was 112 (with no real fitness or muscle) and I was happy with my size. I think 115 with some good muscle on me might be the ticket. Once I'm there I can see if another 5lbs will make me feel…
  • Awesome results so far. Everything just looks so tightened up. Can't wait to see what level 2 and 3 do for you.
  • This will be my second time too. The first one was done in June over 35 days (allowed myself a few break days in there) and I was able to shave 8.5 inches off my body. I'm not sure I'll see as big of a number this time around as I'm just under 15lbs away from my goal weight, but I'm hoping to see some big results. There's…
  • This is my second round of the Shred. I first did it in June and saw some awesome results. I was 140 lbs at the time and I shed only about 3 lbs but I was able to shave off 8.5 inches all over. For that reason, taking measurements is the most important part of this program. So here goes attempt #2: Height: 5'1" CW: 128lbs…
  • I eat 1300 a day and am losing weight. 1200 seemed to be a speck to low for me and I actually started to lose weight when I went up to 1400. Since then I've come down a bit and I think 1300 seems to be the sweet spot. I cook a lot so I have great healthy/low-cal recipes that my whole family likes. My diary is open and I'm…
  • This is really tempting me to dust off the shred and do it again. I did it over the summer in 35 days (I committed myself to knocking it out at all costs) and lost 8.5 inches. The program isn't complicated but it does challenge you to your max and definitely requires an up front commitment to see it through. I felt…
  • I feel your pain, but I agree with what a lot of people here are saying about speeding up your metabolism, strengthening your muscles and joints, toning you up, and giving you more energy. If you are someone who has a hard time doing anything other than cardio then it isn't realistic that you'll just walk into a weight…
  • I so appreciate the honesty!!
  • I'm so appreciative of all of these responses. I thank you guys for the encouragement as well as the great suggestions. I'm eager to get to a place where it gets easier out of habit. I need to learn to not let myself get so hungry that I can't resist. I hope this post helps others because I know it's so helpful to me. I'm…
  • I'm just about 5'2" and weight 134 on a good day and I my current goal is 115. I'm coming down from pregnancy weight, but this is still the highest I've ever been (before getting pregnant). Any time I've been above about 118 I've felt like there has been more to lose. My goal is 115 and then I plan to reevaluate if I want…
  • 29 yrs old and stay at home mom to an 18 month old. I'm always looking for ways to creatively sneak in some exercise so that I can once and for all lose this baby weight. Feel free to friend me!
  • This one hit me where it counts! Of all of the pictures I have taken over the last 18 months, I am in probably only a handful of them. It's horrible that I won't have any photos of myself to look back on in the future and more importantly, for my children to look at. This article was definitely an eye opener for me and a…
  • I'm 17 months pp and still responding to this post!! I've lost all my baby weight but unfortunately my body does not look like it used to. I had gained some weight right before getting pregnant due to studying for the bar exam and that is ultimately what I'm dying to lose. That being said, I am 20 lbs overweight and my…
  • I'm a stay at home midwestern mom to a 17 month old girl. I don't go to an office everyday but I still seem to be the busiest person alive and still find it harder than anything to workout. I've got about 20 lbs to lose before I'm at my goal weight and would love some other stay at home mom pals to keep each other…
  • WOW! You look fantastic. It is a total transformation that inspires me so much. I'm 16 months PP after having a c-section and you are exactly what I need to see as I get discouraged. I'm also 5'1" and trying desperately at this point to get to my goal weight of about 115. Just under 20lbs to go! Thanks for posting your…
  • I'm 5'1.5" and 135 lbs. I'm down from a post baby 140 and working back towards 115. I've had some really good success with 30 Day Shred. Although I'm only down 5 lbs I have lost a ton of inches all over in just 27 days. I look like I've lost at least 10lbs. The program is 30 days and only takes 20 mins a day.
  • Today was Day 14 - (day 4 of level 2) and I'm still not seeing results on the scale. I'm afraid to check my measurements or it might really keep me from day 15. I actually feel a little leaner but it could be in my head since I've never done so much consecutive exercise in my life. I definitely have more energy and sleep a…
  • I'm thinking about starting C25K when I'm done with 30 Day Shred (on day 14 now). I'm new to working out and I'm absolutely the furthest thing from a runner. I would love to be able to just go for a run and feel good about it rather than feel like I'm gonna die. Is it too hard or is it something a total non-runner can do?…
