I live in Phoenix. Today, I went running at 0700. Why? Because I was too lazy to get out of bed earlier. The sun was high and it was hot out. I decided before I went out though, that I would regret it if I didn't go out and do it. (Day temperatures are in the low 100s)

I'm interested. I'm not maintaining, but I have been stuck around the same weight for a few months now (well, up a couple from vacation). Incredible job! For your deadlifts, do you use wraps or gloves to help you? I've been stuck at 95lbs because my hands can't take it (although, I do try for 12 reps, but sometimes I can only make it to 8 because it hurts my hands/ lose grip). My favourites are Zone Perfect (Graham Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Strawberry, and Double Chocolate are amazing), Quest Bars (Apple Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, Cinnamon Roll... really I haven't tried one that I really didn't like), and Builder Bars (Chocolate, Mint Chocolate). 12/9- 15k race= 875 kcal I wasn't totally planning on taking yesterday off, it just kind of happened. I'm kind of bummed, but my legs thanked me for it today (although, I was standing on them most of yesterday so they didn't get that great of a break).
