I've been working with a trainer since January. He pushes me and I have seen numerical results (I see myself everyday, so I haven't really noticed a difference). My form has improved on a lot of exercises and my weights have increased. I'm really glad I'm investing in this :)

The way you're doing it now will work fine- you'll see results in your endurance, speed, distance. If you want to do the couch to 5k program, it's great too. I just finished week 3 and looking forward to week 4. Do whichever you think will work best for you! :) Good luck!

Amazing progress! Keep it up! Your body kind of looks like mine, so you definitely have just given me inspiration/hope. Thank you and you look fantastic!

I'm 24 and a college graduate.

I play flute/piccolo, oboe/english horn, bari sax, and vocal. Although, out of all of those I only have my flute and piccolo, as well as my vocal chords :) Oh, and I'm working on clarinet.

I work out to fast paced, hard guitar and drums metal. Nightwish and Sonata Arctica have great fast paced songs that work well with cardio. Or my nerd metal really gets me going (Powerglove and Black Mages). So I guess I don't really use music for motivation (except to listen to it more) but for energy.

Haha, I'm doing the treadmill version too! In my defense I live in Phoenix though (it's already nasty hot here). I just finished Week 3 Day 1. So far, I love this program.

Ah, I moved from there back to Phoenix a year and a half ago.

My favourite is probably: 1 cup spinach 1 cup kale 1 pear 1 banana 1 1/2 cup almond milk 1 Tbsp honey It puts me over my sugar on its own, but it delicious :) (I think last time I added 4 strawberries to it since I had them on hand) The best bet is to experiment around! Kiwi is great to use and avocado makes nice thick…

I feel you! I graduated with my bachelor's about a year and a half ago. It can be tough to stick to a diet and study. Let's motivate each other :) I wish you the best of luck!
