I'm a gamer! I haven't been playing a whole lot recently, but I need to get back into it since I have so many that I haven't played (kind of like my book collection...). I'm more old school in what I like- I don't play online and the only computer games I have are the Sims 1 and 2 (too many expansions on 2 made it stop…
-
I might do a couple more miles on the bike tomorrow, but here are my totals for the month: Run- 30.2 (26.2) Bike- 65 (112) Swim- 3.7 (2.4) Beat my run and swim goals and made it a little over half way for the bike.
-
I'm in again! I didn't make the biking last month, but I will definitely give it another go! Maybe one day I'll feel confident enough to do a sprint triathlon. Traditional for goals: 26.2 miles running, 112 miles biking, 2.4 swimming miles

My trainer says to concentrate on a group of muscles per weight session. For example, I usually do legs one day, back another, and core or chest/shoulders or arms another. To me it makes sense, it allows your worked muscle group to rest :)
-
There are a few I can think of, but number one would definitely be Chris Pine- yum.
-
Totals thus far: Running: 20.2 (26.2) Biking: 55 miles (112) Swimming: 2 miles (2.4) I think I may actually be able to get the run/walk and swim, not too sure with the biking though.

Hm.... Who says I don't? ;)
