Thanks :) Some wks I exercise x3 other wks I exercise x0 so I cant rely on a TDEE calculator that is working on averages! Whatever works for each person.... one size doesn't fit all in this game! x

My post says that I DO eat back the calories I burn while exercising.... I use a HRM so that I have a more accurate guide to how many calories Im burning while working out rather than a vague number from a TDEE calculator! But thanks for your encouraging & supportive response!!! F*nny!

When I calculated my TDEE -20% I said a was sedentary and so when I do exercise I know that I can eat back those calories. xx

Yeh I also get a Subway sometimes for the same reason. KFC has its nutritional info on display but its hardly low cal & healthy! Haha! But sometimes useful for a wee hangover cure....

Yeh I keep tryin to remind myself that its not the end of the world if I dont get to my target weight for the big day!! Cant let it ruin my day!! But at the same time need to keep working my as* off!! Thanks ladies!

What about some exercise DVDs that specifically have upper body sections? I have a Davina one that has a chapter all about upper body, all you would need is some weights, the heavier you use, the more results you will see?!! Im also needing some seriously upper body results!! Good luck!! xx

Im super frustrated, my scales claim Ive put on 1.5lbs this week, but Ive been well behaved all week and been to gym 3 times. I just refuse to believe it!! haha!! xx
