I usually eat some blueberries, raspberries, or a couple squares of dark chocolate. I also really like arctic zero ice cream, it's a protein shake in ice cream form and they have a lot of different flavors! Here's the link: http://www.myarcticzero.com/pints.php

I drink coffee every morning before my workout too because it gives me a boost of energy! It works great, I love it! As long as you aren't drinking excessive amounts of it throughout the day I'm pretty sure it's ok. Everything in moderation right? :)

I have found that limiting certain foods and "dieting" doesn't work. I'm a binge eater myself and have been struggling with it for years. Thanks for the advice! So when you say eat 1200 calories does that mean I add how much I burn through exercise to the 1200? Also I manually set my carb/protein/fat ratio to 15/45/40, do you think that this is good or would you recommend something different?
