  • I started this new "diet" yesterday.. And so far I'm still counting calories.. I can't help myself!
  • bread seared calamari.. Just mix in a bowl ground plain bread, olive oil (enough to wet the bread), salt and pepper. Then put the calamari inside the bowl to cover them with seasoned bread.
