  • It really depends. If you are doing mostly cardio, then I don't think rest is as necessary. If you are lifting, you definitely need rest because thats when muscles repair and grow.

  • If you would like, I am sure I can find more. Maybe you can't see the cellulite, but its probably there. You can reduce its appearance by strength training, but its not going to completely get rid of it. Its genetics. Women store fat differently than men.
