My heart broke when I read this. I can't imagine how difficult things have been for you, but I think its wonderful that you are honoring him with things that are keeping you healthy and happy. He would want you to pursue happiness. I wish you all the best. <3

I am an intensive. I love to sweat my *kitten* off and I love to feel the burn afterwards. Nothing feels as good as a badass workout.

There are PLENTY of "authorities" that recommend NOT eating below BMR. The problem with the forums is that they are prime breeding ground for false information.

I generally eat over 2000 calories per day, even on rest days I try to keep my calories around at least 1900. I am losing weight just fine, and I am not slowing my metabolism down. I have lost 32 lbs since March 1st, so it IS possible to eat AND lose weight. Please consider looking into the Eat more to Weigh Less group.…

Um, eating below BMR slows your metabolism, you need to NET at least your BMR otherwise you are doing yourself a huge dis-service.
-
Um, thats definitely not enough calories. the bare minimum would be 1200 unless medically supervised, and even that is pretty fricken low.

I have two little Pomeranian rat terriers that look like mini-dobermans. Pixel and Jpeg

With that said, ever since I heard of James Deen I have been objectifying him...

I don't want anyone jerking off to me, I mean its flattering and all, I just think more highly of myself than to be someone's hand job fantasy.

Pretty sure that dude sold you a load of crap. Running will get you where you want to go as far as straight weight loss if you are maintaining a deficit Number 2 could be true, but it could also not be true. I don't know your specific body type You can weight train at home... If you can afford a nutritionist, I guess it…

Oh, 5 lbs will be plenty, especially if you aren't used to lifting weights to begin with. Jillian and the girls in the video use 5 lb weights. There are some exercises that seem super hard with 5 lbs, and there are some that seem a little easier with the 5 lbs. At least thats how it was for me. I just finished the whole…

lol, nvmd, this is clearly a joke. And it is no longer over my head. Well played, OP, well played.

Every woman has rolls when they sit. Its just the skin that is normally stretched when you are standing. If you didn't have those "rolls" you wouldn't be able to stand without an extreme hunchback.

I am down. :) It keeps me accountable.

I don't comment on bad diary days unless I know the person a little better and then I might tell them "eat more, mister!" or "more protein!" but in general, I don't comment on the bad diaries, and usually if someone consistently eats low, I usually delete them because it makes me sad.

Thats awesome! Since doing this challenge I have noticed a big difference in my strength, too!

Day 10, Level 3 COMPLETED!! Woooo, I finished the challenge!! :) A few months ago, I never would have believed I could! :) I will post stats (maybe pics if I get enough guts) tomorrow :)

You can lose FAT while preserving lean mass. Its when you focus strictly on the weight that it becomes a problem. If you are eating plenty of food, doing some sort of strength training, and also doing some cardio, you will lose FAT (notice I didn't say weight) while maintaining/gaining lean muscle mass. Seriously, just…

95% of DIETERS... thats the keyword. If you are doing this whole thing the healthy and slow way, its not considered a diet. Its a lifestyle change. I regularly eat 2100 calories a day. I am losing about 0.5 lbs a week. That is slow, gradual weight loss. 1-2 lbs a weeks is actually pretty fast for weight loss. Its not…

lol, I am not being viscous. I am just letting him know that you can't read sarcasm, his image said the word stupid, so I just used that as a point of reference. I am actually grinning really huge right now. I am in ridiculously good spirits today. :-D
-
You can't read sarcasm, so without voice fluctuations and tone, no one can tell that you aren't just stupid.

my flaws: a lot of scars all over my left arm - I used to self injure. scar on my foot scar on my knee scar on my forehead scar on my right arm - its kind of huge actually a few moles a penny sized birth mark on my chest adult acne :-/ bi-polar, although I am managing it a LOT better without all the meds and with exercise…

yes, I would. But not if it was more than 2 or 3 inches. I would feel really awkward if I ever had to wear heels.

This is kind of silly. Not trying to be mean, but the world was around way before humans and way before factory farming... plants survived then, I see no reason why decreasing co2 emissions would have a negative effect on the earth or on the food plants need. Factory farming is a relatively new phenomenon if you consider…
