They are exhausted from having their butts washed!

I guess I’d say it fluctuates between raging and dull but ever present. The caffeine definitely cranked it way back to dull. And in the last two hours I cleaned my house, washed my 3 dogs, and bleached and scrubbed the moldy outdoor cushions on my lawn furniture because.... coffee lol. I really appreciate the concern and…

Caffeine does sometime help headaches though, so I drank a few sips of a Starbucks Double Shot can (more would give me severe anxiety) a friend left in my fridge last week. It also has sugar. I will report back:)

Those are all smart suggestions but I have never consumed caffeine on a regular basis and am a water enthusiast. I love drinking water and have always drank plenty. No more stressed than usual and am sleeping fine.

I really sympathize with the evening hunger! Look in to high volume recipes to help you feel fuller. I like to add black beans to my breakfast, it helps me feel full longer and put off lunch until late afternoon. Friend me if you want:)

I just tried it too, vanilla and chocolate so far. Vanilla was yummy but a little sweet for me so I used it as a topping for tart strawberries. Chocolate is creamy and wonderful. I would happily eat it instead of other ice creams for the foreseeable future. I'm most looking forward to oatmeal cookie. I'm lucky to live in…

I feel hungry all the time, at any calorie allowance. I've accepted that hunger as burning fat. I saw a TV interview with Chris Pratt about his weight loss and he said that he just had to learn that feeling hungry was ok. Can you walk or do some other cardio to earn those calories back?

Late to the party but I LOVE my Wellbutrin. It is an anti-depressant but it was prescribed to me because I was so stressed that I couldn't relax enough to empty my bladder. I always though I had a UTI. Apparently, it was just anxiety. Since then, Wellbutrin got me through (another) death of a parent without falling…

This! When my health nut Mom got cancer at age 54 and died at 56. I straight gave up, if all her nutritious eating and regular fitness got her nothing then I might as well smoke, eat, and do other unhealthy things I won't mention here as I wish. But I eventually realized that none of us live forever the health and fitness…

Alta having the same problem just in the last few as well. I have tried all the steps listed above as well a deleting MFP and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. I am noticing that when I disconnect from fitbit in MFP and close the app, I am connected again when I go back in. Even though I revoked MFP access from FitBit.…

Lol Ik right?!?!

A 190 pound man with big muscles who is bragging about how many calories HE gets to eat is NOT helpful! Does being more active earn you more calories? Sure it does! But you are eating roughly 2x what a woman who has less than twenty lbs to lose gets to eat... even if she works out a lot (because we burn less than you) she…

You are not alone! I have sucessfully hit my goal weight twice before and then gained it all back. I returned here 40 days ago at. My heaviest ever= 181 but I buckled it down and have lost 14 lbs already. I am lifting this time and I must say that I feel much more like it is a lifestyle change not diet AND even at 167 my…

Yuck! I tried to like it but it's gritty. arugula

In 6 months do you want to have gained it all back or have lost even more?

Thanks for the sweat confessions everyone:)

Ouch! My favorite cousin gets swollen armpits but damn!

I know, I plan to but I wanted to get past the pathetic stage before moving over to the big boy/girl side of the gym. I'd like to do strong lifts or something similar but I'm extremely intimidated. The machines are safe, I can't screw that up... Though I have seen people manage lol. I watch the YouTube videos to study…

I have thin short hair so I end up looking a red blotchy wet mess. I definitely shower immediately after the gym, I will try a sweat band. I think I am one of…

Looking for more friends, I'm back at it after a fattening hiatus:)

No harrybananas you are not lol! Binge eater here!

Thank you from a sensible low carber! I know that scientifically all that matters is calories in vs. calories out but sugar and starches seem to trigger food binges for me.... So I avoid them. Meat is good. That is all.

Agree! Totally Brilliant! Is the first time I've seen it but it could answer 75% of all forum posts!

My grandmother literally smoked herself to death, died after a extremely painful 10 years with Emphysema. Smoking related deaths are pretty unpleasant. I'm under no illusion that it is good for you. That being said, my Mom was the world's healthiest person right up to the point she died of ovarian cancer before 60. So I…

Bartender here, but I work 11 hour shifts of hard core moving. But it really depends on how far you have to walk back and forth. Before I had my Misfit Shine to count my calories, I had my activity level set to highly active and ate all of the calories it allowed me and still lost more quickly than mfp said I would. I…

Oh this is going to end badly. Many people can control themselves and eat a reasonable portion of real sugar sweetned (fill in the blank). Personally I notice that for me, it triggers a food binge 10/10 times. It does seem to trigger an unfillable hunger deep inside of me. This is because of ME: because I have food issues…

Jealous of you! I eat two eggs every morning, they are great for you. Also this is a little morbid but you are going to die of something. Many ways to die are horrible: Cancer, Alzhemier's, and even old age involves watching your body waste away and wearing diapers. People like to pretend that isn't coming down the road…

Great advice! Pre-logging, planning has been so important for me. I like to test my eyeballing skillz with my food scale makes it more fun. Yeah I'm lame.

My Mum used to brew a pitta tea in the summer (Virginia July=pantpantpantpant) that was supposed to be cooling, didn't taste like much but I was totally impressed by how much it cooled my whole body down... It was like A/C in a glass. She got into Ayruvedic stuff for a awhile. I think the is some value there, many herbs…
