Yeah there has to be reasonable limits but eating food that is not covered in pesticides and that has nutritional value is my goal for 80% my meals. Like my mom always says, you can spend it at the grocery store or at the doctor... It's up to you!

I am a 34G so I feel your pain! Personally, lol'd at your thread title, I'm the target audience:) I have had luck with a few cheap, smaller than my size tightness holds my boobs in champion and nike sports bras. But I'll say this, why run instead of walk? It's harder on your joints, a calorie burned is a calorie burned.

You can add custom measurements in the check in screen. for example I measure my boobs in a sports bra, my waist (two inches above your belly button), my muffin top area, my hips (widest part of your butt), my right arm, my right thigh, and my right calf. So true. I tried it, it is like speed! I sweat all the time, had anxiety, terrible headaches but I sure wasn't hungry! It also gave me the WORST breath on the planet. If you can't learn to eat less all by yourself you will gain the weight back.
