  • I just started this MFP and knew I would be under eating and sure nough just after today where I purposely tried to eat enough I was almost 900 calories under! I know now that I can allow myself the chocolate and ice cream I crave just not sure if that will make the results I want take longer?
  • Mornings! I tried at night but I just can't get motivated to and I also workout at home so with the hubby and kids home for the night it's just to hard. Mornings are much easier either before I get the kids to school or after dropping them off. It gets my blood flowing for the day.

  • Mine would be how sweaty I am and how weak I feel. I do relate to the feeling dazed. I feel that too as I'm making me after workout meal trying to figure out what I going to do in the kitchen...haha.
  • Try doing HIIT (high intensity interval training). It works wonders. And sometimes you will hit a plateau as your body starts building muscle. So I suggest measuring your waist, hips, thighs, and upper arms and keeping track that way as well.
