Cardio will generally improve skin tone, which may help. Having good posture with strong core, chest, and upper back muscles will also help. But Miz Scarlett, you ain't never gonna look like you did before you birthed those babies :-).

I like the Greek God yogurt. You can mix honey in to sweeten, but you're still going to be adding calories and sugar. Try it with lots and lots of fruit mixed in. You can also put greek yoghurt in an ice-cream maker with fruit. Greek gods honey flavored with strawberries and toasted almonds is delish.

I second the thrift store idea. Nothing will help you realize how much progress you've made like a pair of jeans that fit your new shape well. Thrift stores have great bargains, and when you shrink out of these, you can just turn them back in so that somebody else will be blessed with inexpensive clothes.

maybe try eating air popped popcorn, cucumber slices, and things like that? Stuff that's nearly calorie free but fills you up helps a lot.
