I used to think it was dairy products that was making me bloat up, and boy did i bloat. I used to look six months pregnant, and it was so painful at times. But since iv'e been on mfp, ive stopped all bread and sugars. I haven't had any real bad flare ups since doing this. Still not sure what i'm allergic to , but this diet…

That's were i fell into trouble when we went away for a week. It was hard to get a healthy breakfast when out with my husband. Especially when he was having full english breakfast. I normally have porridge.

Hi all, been on here for about 2 weeks. Managed to lose 6lb, then went on holiday and put 5lbs back on. Will soon have it shifted. Want to lose about a stone of jelly belly. :laugh:
