Feel free to add me. Iv'e been GF since May. All my symptoms have cleared up, my foggy brain, sinus pains aching joints, constant tiredness and a swollen belly after eating that used to make me look six months pregnant. I feel so much better.

Iv'e never added it. I use the spray most of the time. To be honest i always have lots of calorie left, so i wouldn't be over. I didn't realise it was so high though, might have to start adding it.

Iv'e done home made wraps, with warm olive oil and coffee grains. It's supposed to be more for cellulite though, rub it in and wrap cling film around. That's a lot of sodium. The high calories in the salad's will be the dressings probably. I find eating out a bit of a nightmare, i eat gluten free, so unless i eat salads i'm a bit stuck.

I always shop in bulk. I do a healthy shop for my food,and still buy the rubbish chocolate and cakes for my Husband and son. They don't do healthy. :ohwell:

I used to be like you, before i hit 40. You dont say how old you are. I could eat anything and everything, but could never put it on. It was a nightmare. The thing that motivates me is, the fact that i'm paying a bloody fortune each month to be a member of the gym. lol I always go even if i'm tired or just finished work, because i know when iv'e finished i feel way better. I just cut it out completely. I thought i would find it hard but it was quite easy, and i ate of lot of sugary crap ! I think it's sugar that made me feel hungry all the time, so i would just keep snacking constantly. Now i eat nuts or dried fruit if i need a snack.

I was thinking about this the other day. I was 172 and i'm now 158, but i'm 5'9 so i carry it off. I was aiming to go down to 150, but i think i'm happy were i am now.
