Usually go to the gym about from 12 to 1. I know all the people that are around at that time. They don't give me funny looks any more , when i start singing to myself forgetting i'm in a room full of people. :laugh: I always forget to add this ticker.

I was stuck at a certain weight. I found out on here that i wasn't eating enough calories, i was eating 1200. For 5'9" it wasn't enough. Since i upped my calories to 1400, iv'e started losing weight again. [/url keep forgetting to add my ticker. :)

I don't have a problem with my work out i do weights, bike and step. It's the cravings the week before i have a problem with..I've cut out all the rubbish that used to comfort me at such times, like chocolate, biscuits and cakes. So now it's nuts and dried fruit, doesn't have the same effect. lol

Ive replaced chocolates cakes and biscuits with mixed nuts and dried fruit. I haven't touched them for at least a month now. The sugar cravings eventually go, apart from the TOM, we all crave then. Mixed nuts are good for filling you up, and nibbling on.

Cajun spice is great with turkey or chicken. I put them in fajitas with some peppers and onions with a bit of salsa. I also use onion salt and garlic salt on everything.

Ive just got through my first tom since starting this. I never craved chocolate and cakes because ive cut them out of my diet altogether. I nibble on dried fruit and nuts. My husband said i'll end up looking like a rabbit. lol

I'm a bit like you, i keep under my carbs but not really on purpose. I'm also cutting out most sugar, the only sugar i get is from fruit mainly. My husband is the same. I don't stop him eating crap though. They have to want to do it for themselves. When he see's you losing weight he might start to join in.
