I'm doing a soup recipe, and i'm a bit stuck with the quantities. Can anyone tell me what 2 cups of chicken stock is equivalent to in millilitres please.

    You can use Google. Type 'How many milliliters is in 2 cups" in the search box. The first result should be the conversion. It's a special result generated by Google themselves. Here's what I got using that method:

    2 US cups = 473.176473 milliliters

    Cup is an american unit of measurement for volume. Its not very precise for the most part.
