I try to stay at 1600 cals on the days I don't do anything but lay on the couch, on days I work out (4-5 times a week) I can eat 2000 cals and over and I still lose ;) (I'm on a plant based/vegan diet).

I eat at least 1600 calories a day, I mean that's on the days I do absolutely nothing, but I'm plant based, high carb low fat ;) On the days I move around a lot and work out, I can hit 2 500 cals easy and I still lose. Been vegan for 7 months now. I really wish I would have done it earlier too. I am vegan for the animals in the first place, but I do see tons of health benefits too :)

Definitely the German Shepherd is my number one fave. But all dogs are awesome! Am I the only one who gets super excited when the Westminster dog show comes on TV? I LOVE IT!
