I am 5' 3'' and started losing weight in jan 2012. Lost 20 pounds from jan 2012 to april 2012 before joining MFP. Then from april 2012 to about november 2012 I lost another 19 pounds. OMG! I totally did the "drop it" thing with that one pair of skinny jeans I had that I thought I could never get back into when I realized they fit me again!!! It just felt awesome to be able to move without them exploding on me! hahaha! Thanks for making my day :heart: :smile:

One oikos honey on the bottom greek yogurt (100 cals for 100g), 2 slices of light wheat bread (120 cals) and some becel margarin on the bread (70 cals for 2 tsp). Black tea (0cals)...and counting my morning break snack of 1 big navel orange (around 100 cals). Adds up to almost 400 cals. Not too bad :)

I LOVE the rice chex. They are low in calories, so I can add a banana with a bit of peanut butter and skim milk and have a reasonnable breakfast.

I motivate myself one pound at a time. And if one pound seems too much, then go half a pound at a time. I'm down 30 pounds and keeping motivated for the 31 that I know is coming soon :)
