Rome wasn't built in one day. You have to learn that it takes time. Sometimes a lot of time. It takes time to gain weight and it takes time to lose it. And because of your situation, it might just take an extra effort. But you'll get there. It's not easy, but it's rewarding.

I would absolutely return it. It's not about the value of the ring, it's about feelings here. If I would lose my wedding ring, I would be so desperate and sad.

5'3", my first goal was 135, but now it's 125 since I find that I still look a bit too chunky at 135 (I have a fairly small bone structure). I'm fluctuating between 129 and 127 at the moment.
