I check my weight only once a week, and if I miss it, then I wait till the next week (just to keep myself on schedule with the doc's office because of the ease of getting in and out of there to use the same scales, something that was recommended to do). Then once I get my wieght, I log it in. I keep the previous entries…

I was the same way at first, but after talking to my specialists, it's all good. The only thing I had to watch for is that after a while, my body "rejects" too much sugar, so even if I overdo the good stuff, I get a little tummy ache.. I went to High School in Pickerington, and now I'm in Nebraska, but all of my family is still in Ohio, and I'm still a Buckeye at heart (was raised during the Woody Hayes days!) To add someone as a Friend, just click on their pic or name, and if their profile pops up, there will be an Icon that will display "Add as Friend".…

I have a somewhat seditary job (I like to joke that a rock gets more exercise than I do), but after 8 weeks, through following MFP, I've lost 24 pounds. At first, it was hard for me to walk up a hill - now it's hard for…

I've been losing active with MFP for 8 weeks now. My job is mostly seditary - a rock gets more exercise than I do at times - but if I can do it, anyone can. MFP is simple to use. All you have to do is remember to input your food, and be honest. Now that you're into the system, you know how many calories you have for the…
