I love refrigerator overnight oatmeal! I use nonfat plain Greek yogurt in mine too, I just add some flavored protein powder mixed with water to it, spices, and fruit which all help add flavor.

Lmao! First Cav woot! I'm stuck here at Fort Hood.

Woot, day 22 done. I really regret not taking pictures before I started on day one since even though I gained weight, I feel more toned.

Hello all! I actually just finished Day 21 this morning. I was taking rest days during this from a bad knee, but level 3 seems kinder to my knee so I should be able to do it every day, yay. Also, this is the month I decided to do a metabolic reset and eat near my TDEE, so my weight has, of course, gone up, so I'm sure my…

I get a full 8 hrs of sleep every night (I use the fitbit to measure my sleep so I know that even though I was in bed 9 hrs, I only spent 8 sleeping, or so...always take some time to account for tossing and turning) so I've been trying to get more actual sleep time since I'm so tired. It is definitely tough to keep up…

Oh gosh, that is me. I'm at #5 now, Ive been taking rest days from workouts and I feel so drained and exhausted. Still trying to keep up eating 1500 calories, but sometimes I'm hungry and sometimes I feel so stuffed. And I thought it was depression again, lol, but I'm not sad, just tired.

It really is a great motivator. It makes the sweat from working out that much greater, haha. I'm just waiting for the pounds to melt off any day now.
-
Lol. Well today I had the quinoa salad on the side and made some broccoli fritters to go with it.

Long distance relationships are the story of my life, being a military brat. I moved around all my life, bounced from schools around the world, and went to college in one state with family in another. My boyfriend and I met while he was stationed here, then he was stationed in another state, and now he is deployed and my…

Making a pot of quinoa, edamame, and white kidney beans that'll be the staple for this week's dinners. Probably will have a salad with tuna on the side or some steamed veggies, it shall vary.

Oh wow. I'd love my tummy to be gone ><. Great job you guys! :flowerforyou:

I started out with 3lb hand weights and use those for the hard moves and use 5 lb weights for the easier moves to challenge myself.
-

If you like oatmeal, make some overnight, no cook refrigerator oatmeal that you can grab on your way out the door. http://www.theyummylife.com/blog/2012/03/293/Overnight,+No-Cook+Refrigerator+Oatmeal+--+A+healthy+breakfast+made+in+mason+jars+in+six+different+flavors! It has Greek yogurt, (I use almond milk with protein),…

Omg you look fantastic! Mine is deployed too and I'm still struggling to lose the weight.
-
I'm 5'4" and around 157. Trying to eat above my BMR and at my cut from TDEE, aiming for 1500 cals per day. Trying this method to lose the weight for good and repair my metabolism. Any friends are welcome!

Sulfate free shampoo once or twice a week, wash the bangs every few days, if my hair gets super oily from working out then I use a cleansing conditioner during the week.

Well, if the chef came with an unlimited budget and access to the best ingredients...or even just the healthy things I'd love to cook....hmm, I think housekeeper though since cooking new recipes is fun for me and there is too much for little me to clean.

I love ice cream. If I want it, I make it fit in my day. Lately, I love making my own frozen Greek yogurt...the protein and yummyness and making your own flavors is incredible.

Ah, I love this thread. There are so many things I wish I knew before I joined end of April, especially before I started my journey. Taking pictures and measurements are definitely useful. Having a good digital food scale helps. Being honest with yourself and accountable for things eaten, hours slept, etc helps. Also, you…

As a couple of other posters commented, I too use a Ninja and find it works rather well chopping up a variety of things, especially frozen fruit. So perhaps a great blender will help with the seed issue.

Omg! Good job sticking through with it- I know that must've been hard!

 There is seriously something amiss here.
