Night shift is where I gained over 40 lbs. I think my problem was not sleeping properly, and absolutely eating horrid food at work (people make snacks, bring candy around, drug rep leftovers etc). Do you have a blender, can you make a smoothie? Protein powder, yogurt, and some frozen fruit? Add half an avocado and a spoonful of peanut butter if you want some more fat. (I know the avocado sounds strange but you really won't taste it in the smoothie!) Or....bring hard boiled eggs and make a piece of whole grain toast?

I like this too! It's not *quite* as tasty as regular peanut butter, but a close second. For 2 tbsp, 45 calories, 5 g protein, 5 g carbs, 1.5 g fat.

Ive come to the conclusion that all fresh veggies taste good in a short stir fry (or roasted) with a nice balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Raw also! My favorites are kale, cabbage, carrots, and tomatoes.
