I just started the 5:2 Fast yesterday with a fast day also. Surprisingly, I did pretty good. I did some research on it before deciding to follow a plan like this and it seems pretty safe and sure. We'll see... I'll be looking for that group also.

I have fraternal twin boys. They're 3 years old making 4 in July. Could use the friendship and support from just about everyone in this thread :-) I just started MFP almost a month ago. Thanks guys...

MFP set my daily intake to 1780 and so far that has been going well, especially when I exercise. I'm also set to lose 1 lb./week but I've been losing more than that (about 1.5-2 lb./ week). Hope that helps :-)

i get that way sometimes too (lazy in the evenings after helping with homework, preparing dinner etc.)...matter of fact I should give myself another mini challenge to complete this week- try to do my exercises in the morning (between 4- 4:30 a.m.) like I had originally planned.
