I agree with Lizo, I just take a rest from running, I do some sort of work out on the other days, be it strength training or another version of cardio. Good luck!

I just did week 7 day 2 today and I'm with you on the aching. Although I have found if I push through it by the end I'm fine. Also, are you stretching after too?

Since I'm the momma I get to choose what we eat. But with most gatherings I try to eat something healthy before going so I'm not starving! And drink lots of water, it helps to keep you from over eating. It can also help you balance the alcohol. Drink 8oz water for ever beer.

I try to drink lots of water before bed, it helps reduce the hangover. Then I make myself feel guilty for drinking all those empty calories which motivates me to get up and work out. Then do it all over again next weekend, LOL
