I tuned in about half way thru and I was surprised at the way she was talking, you can be forceful without cursing all the time. I really liked what Abby had to say at her weigh in, it even made Jillian tear up. I think I will keep watching because of Abby.....:smile:

Same thing happened with me Saturday, I could fit into about 7 pairs of jeans that I have not worn in about 2 years, I was so happy I wore a pair of them all day .......:smile: :happy: :smile:

I walk on the weekends anywhere from 3 - 7 miles. I agree the hills or inclines really get your heart rate up. Get a heart monitor it will tell you how many calories burned and how long you have walked. When I walk the 7 miles it is over 900 cal burned. I was stuck and the scales would not move until I started walking.…

I had zumba last night but it was only 45 min. and I burned 430 calories. I had just purchased a heart monitor and it measures calories used. I am 5' 7" and weigh 145. All I could find on this site was for modern dance, ballroom, etc. and wasn't near the same amount of calories. zumba is wonderful !:glasses: :smile:

I had been stuck at 153 lbs and I would go up a pound then down a pound but that was it. I work out about 4 days a week doing cardio and body sculpting classes, inches was coming off but not the pounds.
