  • My daughter is 2-1/2 months old and is only on breastmilk. I was advised by my doctor during my pregnancy and while breasfeeding to add 200-300 calories a day (about an apple and a table spoon of peanut butter). Breastfeeding burns about 500-750 calories. The added calories should be taking themselves off :) Good luck!
