Wow people are so jealous! You look fine. Normal, not scary thin! people are nuts! I have co workers tell me not to lose more and Im like dude i am still on the cusp of normal and overweight for my BMI (since im short). I still have 15 to my UGW!

Make sure you pick a place you love to run. I love going more into nature then just a park. Last time I went running I saw baby owls playing and rabbits and animals all around. It makes it so relaxing! I hate running at parks or places with a billion people.

Yah I drink about that much and workout hard every day. As long as you feel fine, you're fine. Your husbands probably just thinking it will bloat you and you wont show a weight loss, but water actually helps DEbloat you. Keep your sodium intake at a normal number and you will be fine! Water is so good for weight loss.

I live Jillian only thing I heard that wasn't gray was people getting bored with 30ds doing the same videos in a row, that's why I loved BR. Either way Jillian's great and if you stick to it you will see results!

I'm only a C cup but 41 pounds later my tatas haven't gone anywhere. I did go down to a 34 from 38 but still a C. No idea why since I went up a cup when I gained so I assumed they would go down. We shall see what the next 15 pounds does.

For me exercise is the easy part it's sticking to eating healthy that's hard. especially if they bring it to work or my husband wants ice cream, either was its the baby steps that matter most, they add up . good luck

I don't usually log calories burned from cleaning but it does burn. I wore my HRM once after a workout to clean the house and scrub the floors. It burned probably 200 calories or so and thats great but its just extra I wouldn't think of it as a workout unless you get your heart rate up. Like if I go for a walk and walk…

I worr a HRM but I would put it under circuit training or even running cause it burns that many calories. I'm 4`11 and 120 pounds and burned about 350 in month one and 430-540 in month two. Its a great cardio workout but I missed the weights.

Great for you for realizing that, as some people don't, and making healthy choices. I would say go for foods that are calorie dense foods like nuts! I love organic peanut butter sandwiches lol.

Heck yes! I read a quote saying 'summer bodies are made in the winter' and is SOO motivated me! If it took me 6 months to lose 40 pounds and I have 6 months till summer, I can so look freaking awesome this time around! Haven't been to a beach without a shirt on in YEARSSSS so that is the goal!

I usually use the pre taco seasoned jenni O turkey meat, its great! Then i buy tortillas from the health food store (ingredients is Corn, lime and water..not a long list of words I can't pronounce!) Then I use low fat shredded cheese, Guacamole, fat free beans, onions, cilantro, pico de gio... SOO Good

I had great results with JMBR! Love it and repeating it again soon. I also did insanity but didnt have as great as results.
