I met my husband on a dating website! Its a great cardio program, hard but fun. Not for beginners in my opinion. Just happens. If you are eating right and working out it will catch up with you. There would be one week i lost 3 pounds and the next non and the next 4. Its random. -I didnt eat back my calories when I was starting. Now i eat some cause I workout pretty hard

I do not think weight or smokers are any less of workers BUT i can't say if I went to my doctor and he is obese yet discussing with me the problems of my weight (same goes if he smoked)....I would probably think he was a hypocrite.…

Wow umm Well first off, prayers to you. I would say to check with your doctor and see if its even a possibility to exercise. Weight training is probably the best choice if she approves it. Adding muscle will add weight. Probably good to stay away from cardio. Good luck to you luv.

Last time I burned over 1000 calories I did a half hour 5k on the treadmill and an Hour zumba class busting my butt. I have the same one. Seems to be pretty accurate for me. MFP is usually only off maybe 20 points or so. When I run or do insanity my heart rate is usually in the 180 range too and never hurt me. like 3 months. I lost on average 2 pounds a week till i hit 30 pounds then it slowed a little and now that i am above 40 its down to about .5 a week if that.

I have a banana with wheat toast and organic peanut butter pretty much every morning. They are kinda high in carbs and sugars so for low carbers they don't eat them much. But It hasen't hurt my weight loss any. :) good luck
