i workout in the morning now and i like to have something small to eat before i work out to fuel myself. i have like whole wheat toast with peanut butter. then afterward I'll have scrambled eggs or make egg mcmuffin. whole wheat english muffin with egg and cheese. that usually will keep me full til its my first break at…

I did aquacise for a couple months during the summer. I loved it. You will be sore the next morning even though you don't feel it that night. I say give it shot and see what you think. :)

I like be a knockout with Kendra. It's more on the sporty side but I'm not very sport oriented and it kicks my butt. It's a fun workout. It's available at target.

thats awesome. i'm 5 pounds away from not being a liar. i'm at 170 and on my license i put 165 but really i was closer to my starting weight. hehe!:wink:

to get over mine i had to increase my cals. i went from 1200 to 1320 and that did the trick for me.

like you i weigh in every morning and no matter how hard i try not to weight in for a couple days more i want to weigh in. its hard to just be patient and wait.

yeah some days i do well with water and other days i just can't drink very much of it. but i do try. i'll have to try the warm/hot thing.
