Homemade microwave potato chips. Fat free and any flavor you want in about 5 minutes. Search it on youtube. My hubby makes them almost every night. They can be bagged and save about a week once cooled. YUM!

I used to hate oatmeal but now I love it and miss it if I don't have it for breakfast. I add some blueberries, half a banana and some chopped walnuts. As an alternative sometimes I chop up an apple really small and add it with some chopped walnuts. I have used strawberries and blackberries too. YUM!

I quit about 8 years ago and am so glad I did. Yes I did gain some at first but as I felt better I was able to exercise and get that weight back off. Tell her very calmly and seriously that you find it very hurtful when she makes fun of your weight and ask her to stop. Be straight forward and sincere. Do it one on one and face to face. This has worked for me more than once.
