Have you had your coaching session yet? That would be best to get you on the right track. With only a few lbs to lose it is just going to be slow going. From what I understand a deficit of 500-1000 is perfect. Your deficit should be no more than 1000. I suggest going to the bodybugg Facebook page and posting your question…

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I know how devastating that is. Don't worry so much about the day to day fluctuations. There are so many variables- TOM, water, salt- that the only thing for sure is that nothing is for sure. One month and the next can be totally different. Don't sweat it. Take care and heal yourself.

The best advice I got when I was feeling like you was 'fake it till you make it'. Get going and just do it. Start counting calories and eating right and exercising. You may not feel it right away but the more you do it and the healthier you become the better you will feel. Try it!!

I have this. This is the Smart sync. It is not an HRM. It works with their HRM strap to download info to the PC. I got it for a couple bucks with my HRM a few years ago. It cannot be used without an HRM.
